One of my favorite snacks to cook for the holidays is my signature spicy crab & cheese ball. It’s very easy. Anybody who’s old enough to use a knife can make this with their eyes closed.

Ingredients:

2 lbs of Cream Cheese

2 packages of Imitation Crab

A bunch of fresh, chopped chives

2 packages of Buddig Honey Roasted Turkey

Cayenne Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Chop up your meats & veggies into fine pieces.
  2. Add them into a mixing bowl along with the 2 lbs of cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle as much cayenne pepper as you think you can handle to the mixture.
  4. Knead everything together with your hands and mold it into a ball.
  5. Place the ball onto a plate and let it harden for a few hours; (Overnight if you have that much time).
  6. EAT UP!
