Tom Brady Wins “Deflategate” Suspension Case

Judge Richard M. Berman has ruled in favor of Tom Brady, by overturning his four-game suspension for the “Deflategate”controversy.

The judge said that NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell, handled the case unfairly and was “premised upon several significant legal deficiencies.”

Tom Brady is now clear to play in the season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers on September 10th.
