Kobe Bryant Responds to Master P’s Comments on Lamar Odom

After comments made by Master P on TMZ, the Los Angeles Lakers star addresses the accusations pointed at him.

The timeline of events for this past week: Former NBA star Lamar Odom was discovered on Tuesday unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel, with reports claiming he had taken a slew of drugs and sexual performance pills. Odom was rushed to a hospital, where Khloe Kardashian rushed to his side with Kobe Bryant.

Odom remains in what doctors are calling a life-threatening situation at the hospital, which is incredibly sad for everyone involved.

Yesterday, TMZ spoke with rapper Master P, (who considereds Odom as a close personal friend) placed blame for his drug troubles squarely at Kobe saying “If Kobe was his friend…Kobe, like, owns the [Lakers]. He could’ve got the man back on the team,” The New Orleans mogul also added that Bryant rushing to Odom’s bedside made him a “phony.”
