Comedian Katt Williams was arrested and released on suspicion of battery at a Studio City hotel.
According to the L.A. Times, Williams was arrested after officers were called to the Sportsmen’s Lodge around 11am yesterday (July 24th) after a female employee reported being in an altercation with the actor/comedian.
The unidentified woman reportedly suffered a minor injury according to police. Williams was booked on a misdemeanor count of battery and was held on $20,000 bail. He was released and scheduled to appear in court on August 18th.
