Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani made waves the other day when he said that the United States never suffered from a successful terrorist attack before Obama’s terms as president. Moments before he said that, he spoke about ground zero, the site a tragically successful terrorist attack infamously known as 9/11- which happened during Bush’s tenure as president.
The strange quote comes out of a speech he was making before a crowd of Donald Trump supporters. Giuliani was warming them up for Trump’s foreign policy speech, but it looks like he’s still a little butt hurt about his presidential loss.
