R.Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet" Continues in 2017

R. Kelly’s music opera Trapped In The Closet makes a return in 2017.

Speaking with AJC.com, R. Kelly revealed that he’s ready to add to the 33 chapters of the opera. “I have my R&B hip-hop album – I haven’t named it yet, and “Trapped in the Closet,” I have 35 more chapters of that done. I’m very excited about that.”

It doesn’t sound like the finer details are worked out just yet, but R. Kelly sounds certain that the next installment of Trapped In The Closet will be out soon.

“It will absolutely be out next year. I’ll tour if it’s a major deal, but if not I might just chill and just finish writing my movie scripts.”
