Fox’s TV Show ‘Glee’ Covers Outkast’s ‘Hey Ya’
Fans of classic hip hop and the hit TV show Glee are excited about Friday’s (Feb. 20) episode titled ‘A Wedding’.
Thanks to PopCrush, they are premiering one of the tracks, a cover of Outkast’s ‘Hey Ya!’
While they can not reveal too much about the upcoming episode, the musical number is performed by Artie, Jane and Madison. Not everyone can successfully cover an iconic song like ‘Hey Ya!,’ especially when it was originally performed by a legendary duo like Outkast. But if there’s one thing that Glee consistently does well, it’s taking epic songs and putting their unique spin on them.
