Jay Z Will Not Take a Paternity Test
According to reports from Inquistir.com, Rymir Satterthwaite takes his claim to court in order to get a judge to force Jay Z to submit DNA for a paternity test.
This would’t be the first time someone tried to take Jay Z to court over a paternity issue.
In 2010, Rymir’s mother accused Jay Z of fathering her son and asked a judge to intervene then. Lucky for Jay, the judge denied, saying he had “no jurisdiction” over the rapper, according to AllHipHop.com
The court also discredited Wanda for waiting “seventeen years to name a second person as the father of her child,” says the New York Daily News.
So what makes Wanda and possibly Jay’s son think that he will succeed where his mother couldn’t?
Rymir is claiming that the reason Jay wasn’t forced to take a paternity test is because Jay “gave the judge false and fraudulent information regarding where he lives to get out of taking a DNA test.”
