Just in time for Father’s Day, Ryan Lochte is showing off his brand new bundle of joy!

His son, Caiden Zane was born June 8th, 2017 and Ryan tells Us Weekly, “As soon as I saw the head pop out, I immediately bawled my eyes out.”

Ryan shared a couple pics on Instagram with his new son, along with his fiancee Kayla Rae Reid.
