Mayor Turner Live Press Conference On Hurricane Harvey in Houston

At 4:00 p.m. today, Houston Mayor, Sylvester Turner, gave a live press conference for residence regarding the city’s stance on Hurricane Harvey. Mayor Turner stressed the city is not under mandatory evacuation.
