I know parents are probably upset that their kids aren’t in school yet. My little 6-year-old cousin Carsyn is happy. Every time his school district pushes back the start date for school, he says: “Thanks, Hurricane Harvey!” LOL SMH Kids say the darnedest things. As of Friday at 7:54PM…FBISD and HISD will resume classes on September 11, 2017.
